We are seeking a dynamic Community Outreach Coordinator.
Candidate must be a dynamic, energetic sales professional, master of sales and marketing, and a true self-starter who is able to produce results.
The primary job function of the Community Outreach Coordinator is to manage outside sales and marketing and attract new residents to the community through fostering positive relationships with referral network and professional organizations. Other responsibilities will include: follow up phone calls to potential residents; maintain a lead database; community tours; and in-house event planning. Candidates must have excellent computer skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, professional presentation, and public speaking skills. Candidate must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. You must be goal driven and able to drive new leads in a highly competitive market.
This is a full time position and is eligible for a full benefit package to include medical, dental, vacation time, sick time, personal time, and holiday pay.
Healthcare industry experience is preferred, but not required.
